Ronald McDonald Family Room

When families walk into one of our Ronald McDonald Family Rooms, we want them to feel the comfort and care of our home-away-from-home. Often steps away from a pediatric intensive care unit or neonatal intensive care unit, Ronald McDonald Family Rooms offer places of refuge to families whose children have been hospitalized because of illness or injury.

The four St. Louis area Ronald McDonald Family Rooms are located inside of Mercy Children’s Hospital (2), St. Louis Children’s Hospital and SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. Each year, more than 9,000 local and out-of-town visitors find comfort and care in our Ronald McDonald Family Rooms. To take a virtual tour of the Family Rooms, click here!

HOW TO SUPPORT THE FAMILY ROOM PROGRAM

We rely on the generosity of the St. Louis community to keep our Family Rooms well-stocked with all the comforts of home for our guest families. If you would like to make a contribution, please contact Courtney Fischer at cfischer@rmhcstl.com. We are always in need of pre-packaged, individually wrapped snack foods, such as: cookies, soups, breakfast bars, hot chocolate, trail mix, dried fruit, peanut butter or cheese sandwich crackers.
