Why I joined Red Shoe: I have seen the impact of RMHC’s services on families, and am proud to be a part of the larger mission.
On the weekend, you can find me: Hiking with my dog, Badger, or going for a run around St. Louis.
Favorite place in St. Louis: Magic House in Kirkwood, I grew up going there and still think it is amazing.
An interesting fact about myself: I am teaching a class in the spring to middle school girls about confidence and leadership. I did it last year and found it inspiring.
Company/ Position: Business Director for BJC HealthCare’s Planning, Design & Construction Department
Why I joined Red Shoe: I was looking for an opportunity to give back to the St. Louis area and meet other young professionals, and my sister and brother-in-law, who are very involved with RSS, recommended it to me.
On the weekend, you can find me: Spending time downtown, running and walking in the Clayton area.
Favorite place in St. Louis: Downtown Clayton and Scottrade Center for Blues games.
An interesting fact about myself: I was obsessed with dinosaurs as a little kid and was a featured guest on KMOX Radio three times to talk with famous dinosaur scientists.
Company/Position: KPMG – Senior Manager, Business Tax Services
Why I joined Red Shoe: RMHC was my college sorority’s philanthropy so I was already familiar with the House. My husband’s friend was involved with Red Shoe and introduced us to the group. It was a natural fit since I was already familiar with the House.
On the weekend, you can find me:spending time with my husband and daughter. In the summer, you might find me at Lake of the Ozarks on the weekends!
Favorite Place in St. Louis: Forest Park
An interesting fact about myself:My best friends from 2nd grade are still my best friends today!

Why I joined Red Shoe: I joined Red Shoe as an opportunity to give back to my community. After interacting with the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House and seeing the positive impact first hand, I knew Red Shoe was a great fit for me.
On the weekend, you can find me: Spending quality time with family and friends.
Favorite place in St. Louis: Forest Park – Visiting the Zoo and Science Center, ice skating at Steinberg, or playing a round of golf, there is so much to enjoy.
An interesting fact about myself: My great uncle was MLB Hall of Famer, Lawrence “Yogi” Berra. It was fascinating to hear the stories about his career growing up.

Why I joined Red Shoe: I wanted to meet new people while giving back to the community and Red Shoe seemed to be the most active and involved group!
On the weekend, you can find me: Running a race, shopping, or having wine with family and friends.
Favorite place in St. Louis: The MO Botanical Garden – I have a lot of memories there growing up and they host a lot of great events.
An interesting fact about myself: I’m training for my first half marathon in April!

Why I joined Red Shoe: I value service to my community. Sharing a home cooked meal through RMH is one small act that can provide so many smiles.
On the weekend, you can find me: Hiking, doing yoga, and soaking up some quality time with my cat, Ruby.
Favorite place in St. Louis: Central West End. I enjoy exploring the many amazing restaurants.
An interesting fact about myself: I love DIY home decorating projects.
PR & MARKETING CHAIR
Company/Position: I teach kids to code
Why I joined Red Shoe: When I was young my mom worked for RMH. I saw firsthand the difference the house made to the families staying there. One family in particular is always in my heart and my motivation for helping the house that love built.
On the weekend, you can find me: At the farmers market, shopping locally in one of STL many neighborhoods, or at any one of the many festivals STL throws.
Favorite place in St. Louis: The Botanical Gardens – was gifted a membership even before I lived here.
An interesting fact about myself: My first job out of college was for a small company in San Francisco designing urns.
