Alan Jones and his son, Kodi, from Springfield, Missouri, donated more than 750 snack items, all collected by friends and family, to our Ronald McDonald Family Room at St. Louis Children's Hospital. Kodi's family used the room last summer and wanted to give back.

Wow! The students and faculty of Peine Ridge Elementary collected more than 2,000 items from our Wish List in honor of second grade teacher, Mrs. Youngberg, who used the Ronald McDonald Family Room while her son received medical treatment.

The Creve Coeur and Town & Country Police Department donated proceeds from their annual golf tournament fundraiser to Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis in December 2013. Santa Claus even came by for a visit, too! Thank you for the incredible support!
Ameren Missouri's ActOnEnergy BizSaver program awarded RMHC St. Louis an incentive of $10,763.92 for the recent energy-efficient improvements to our West Pine House. These Updates wil make our families more comfortable and will also save our organization nearly $17,000 annually in electricity costs.
Many thanks to Wells Fargo's Compliance Implementation Group, who spent a cold December day baking cookies and decorating holiday gifts at our Park Avenue Ronald McDonald House. They definitely helped our families, volunteers and staff members get in the holiday spirit with their generosity!
Our friends from Dillard's at Chesterfield Mall recently presented RMHC St. Louis with a check for more than $19,000, the proceeds from the Southern Living Christmas Cookbook fundraiser. This money was collected by all five St. Louis-area Dillard's stores. Thank you to everyone who purchased this cookbook last year!
A big thank you to DewMore, the philanthropic arm of Dewey's Pizza, for donating $2,000 to RMHC St. Louis last fall following a "Pizza School" fundraiser at the Kirkwood location! Those who attended Pizza School also had the opportunity to learn more about RMHC and its mission.
Gamlin Whiskey House donated a portion of sales on November 12, 2013 to RMHC St. Louis, in addition to a special contribution from Brown Forman Founder's Day in honor of the restaurant's grand opening. In total, RMHC received $1,870! Thank you!
Ali Rankey and her family stayed at the Ronald McDonald House while she received medical treatment almost 17 years ago. Last winter, Ali's daughter asked for items to be donated to the RMH instead of gifts for herself. Many thanks to Ali, Jenna Rankey, Julie Rankey, Emma Zak, and Reagan Charlesworth for their generosity and delivering the items to our West County House.
On November 9, 2013, Missouri Baptist University hosted the "MBU Freedom Run for Ronald 5K," which started at the university and ended at our West County Ronald McDonald House. This fun, fitness-fueled event raised more than $1,300 for our organization! Thank you to everyone who made this fundraiser possible!
In March, more than 50 staff members from the St. Louis Rams visited our three Ronald McDonald Houses in honor of the organization's Staff Service Day. Volunteers spent the day cleaning, painting, sanitizing toys and even baking for our guest families. We are very grateful for the incredible support!
For his 5th birthday, Evan asked for wish list items to donate to the Ronald McDonald House instead of gifts for himself. He and his sister dropped their collection off at the Park Avenue House in May. Thanks, Evan!

SafeCo Insurance, on behalf of AHM Financial, presented Dan Harbaugh with a check for $2,000 in September. AHM Financial nominated our organization to recieve the donation as part of SafeCo's nationwide "Make More Happen Awards" program.
